Important information about CC2018

Adobe released the 2018 version of its suite of applications on October 19th, 2017. Please take note of the following regarding installing and updating older versions:

Installing CC2015/CC2017

2. Adobe has changed their naming convention for Creative Cloud applications in their desktop app. Previously the latest release has been labelled with a year. It now simply reads CC. If you do not already have a version of the application installed it will simply read "Install" - and will install CC2018. For instructions for installing previous versions (CC2015 and CC2017) please see the links found here.

Updating from earlier versions

3. If you click on the "Update" option for InCopy or InDesign CC it will install CC2018. This will remove your earlier versions of the software unless you follow the instructions found here.

Updating CC2015/CC2017

4. To update CC2015 (which is important to do as there are many bug fixes in the CC2015.4 version) and CC2017 you should first click on Installed Apps then click on the triangle next to InCopy CC to show the versions you have updates available for. Then click on the Update button.
