Update Metadata for Single Sign-On (SSO)

If Single Sign-On (SSO) is activated for your company on CtrlPrint and you need to update the IDP metadata, please follow the below steps.

  1. Log in as an administrator. Click on the company name where you wish to update the IDP metadata.
  2. Click on the orange cogwheel (settings) icon in the SSO section under Additional Features.
  3. Click on Continue.
  4. Update the metadata for CtrlPrint. This can be done with either a link to the file if it is hosted online (recommended) or by uploading it to our server. Click Update.
  5. You company's IDP metadata is now updated.
