Locating the your Auto-saved Mapping File in your Temp Folder

You may need to locate an Auto-saved mapping file in your Temp folder if your Tagger has crashed or something similar has happened. Please see the steps below for instructions on how to do this:

 

  1. Open your File Explorer and type %temp%/ctrl/esef in the address field and press Enter.

  2. Click on "Date Modified" to order the folders in chronological order and open the relevant folder. It will most likely be the uppermost folder.

  3. The Auto-saved file has "autosaved.pdf.mapping" at the end.

  4. You can copy this file and use it t reapply tagging as per the information on the page below
