Troubleshooting: "Install" can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer. (Mac users only)

If you receive the above message when you attempt to run the installer for either the CtrlPrint plugins or Adobe InCopy you will need to update the security settings on your Mac. (By default, on later versions of OSX, you are restricted from installing applications that are not downloaded from the Mac App Store.)

 

To change the settings open "System Preferences" and click on "Security and Privacy":

Set the option for allow applications downloaded from to "Anywhere" and run the installer again. 
Note that you may want to change this security setting back after installation is complete.
