Troubleshooting: Unable to "Add Document" to project

Error when logging in

If you are receiving an error message when trying to login please double-check the URL you are entering. It should be identical to the server address you use with CtrlPrint. (https://secure.ctrlprint.net) This address must include https:// and must end in only .net The password should be for your user account and not your administrator account. (See example below.)


There are no chapters available...

If you receive an error that states that there are no free chapters available (like the one above) check the following:

  1. Have you created the project, chapters and added yourself to the project?
  2. Have you given yourself the proper permissions for the chapters in the project?
