Troubleshooting: I need a new administrator's password

Click on the link found on the admin log in page:


You will be taken to a new page where you can request a new password:


Please note that your new password will be sent to the email address associated with your CtrlPrint account. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes check your junk mail folder.


If you are unable to create a new password please contact another administrator or CtrlPrint support.
