Troubleshooting: Transfer Manager does not launch when I select to edit a chapter

If, after selecting "Edit chapter", your web browser simply reloads and does not download the file then most likely Transfer Manager is not installed. It can be downloaded from the installation section of this site here.

In some older versions of Internet Explorer (we support only versions 10 and up) there is a known issue that causes this problem. Some users have been able to resolve this by using the update found on Microsoft's website here:
