Have a new phone?
If you have a new phone, you will need to have your Two-factor Authentication reset so you can sync it with CtrlPrint. You should contact an Administrator for your company's CtrlPrint account and have them do this for you (if you are unsure who your Administrators are please see this page). Further instructions on how the Administrators can reset Two-factor Authentication can be found here. After this has been done you will be given the ability to sync your new phone the next time you log in.
Are your codes not working?
The codes are time sensitive so it is important that your phone displays the correct time. A difference of even 20-30 seconds will be enough for the codes not to be accepted by the system.
To reset the time code on Google Authenticator on Android phones:
- Go to the Main Menu on Google Authenticator
- Select Settings
- Select Time correction for codes
- Select Sync now
To reset the time code on iPhones:
- Go to the iPhone Settings app
- Select General
- Select Date & Time
- Enable Set Automatically
- If it's already enabled, disable it, wait a few seconds and re-enable.
