If for any reason a user needs to have their two-step verification account reset. (If they have a new phone for example.) This can be done when logged in as administrator.
- Log in as an administrator.
- Select the company for the user found in the left column.
- Click on the "Show/change users" link under the "Company" button.
- Select the user from the list.
- Towards the bottom of the user's account page you will find a button used to reset their token and reconfigure their phone.
