Admin: How to reset a user's two-step verification account

If for any reason a user needs to have their two-step verification account reset. (If they have a new phone for example.) This can be done when logged in as administrator. 

  1. Log in as an administrator.
  2. Select the company for the user found in the left column.
  3. Click on the "Show/change users" link under the "Company" button.



  4. Select the user from the list.



  5. Towards the bottom of the user's account page you will find a button used to reset their token and reconfigure their phone.
