Sometimes a user needs to have their two-step verification account reset, if they have a new phone for example. This can be done when logged in as administrator.
- Log in as an administrator.
- Select the company for the user found in the left column.
- Scroll down to the Users section and click the icon to the left of the username.
- Click the Reset 2-Step verification button.
- Click Reset 2-Step Verification from the pop-up confirmation box.
