Click on the link in the table below for the Adobe version you are using and if you have InCopy or InDesign.
Transfer Manager will then open and you will be notified if the installation was successful or not (If you need to install Transfer Manager you can do so on the following pages: Windows | Mac.)
After the plug-ins have been installed you should see the "CtrlPrint" option in the InCopy/InDesign top menu bar. If you do not see the "CtrlPrint" menu make sure you have the latest version of Transfer Manager.

Plug-ins for older versions: plug-ins for legacy users can be installed by logging in to secure.ctrlprint.net, clicking the "?" in the top right-hand corner and choosing "Installation Wizard".
Follow the steps for InDesign users and you will be given this option in the third step.
Note that we no longer support versions older than 2023 (v 18).
