It is important to keep Transfer Manager updated. In addition to security improvements we also release updates vital for compatibility with the latest versions InCopy and InDesign.
If you are receiving errors about missing plug-ins one reason may be that your version of Transfer Manager is out of date.
Note for InDesign users: You will need to install our plug-ins to see the "CtrlPrint" menu, this can be done from the page: CtrlPrint Plug-ins.
To check which version you have start Transfer Manager by clicking here: Start Transfer Manager.
Under the "CtrlPrint Transfer Manager" menu select "About CtrlPrint Transfer Manager":
CtrlPrint Transfer Manager 2024 (1.6.6) is the latest version.
To update Transfer Manager click on the "Check for Updates..." option under the "CtrlPrint Transfer Manager" menu.
Note that you may need your IT department's assistance to perform this update.
