A User has Forgotten Their Login Details

You can resend an invitation to any user who has forgotten their login details:

  1. Login as an Administrator (or contact someone at your agency who is an Administrator).
  2. Navigate to the company folder.
  3. Scroll down to the User list.
  4. Click the context menu to the right of the user's name and select Send Invite.
