If a user is unable to log-in with SSO, please check the email addresses associated with their account in CtrlPrint and ensure that it is identical to their UPN in their company's IDP. Users will not be able to log in if these do not match. If the email address is correct, they need to contact someone responsible for implementing SSO at their company to confirm that their internal settings are correct.
Users will simply need to provide their CtrlPrint username when logging in after SSO is activated. This is a unique identifier and not the user’s email address.
If they are already logged in to their IDP they will be taken to their start page in CtrlPrint. If not, they will be asked to log in with their IDP credentials before being taken to the start page.
If a user is unable to log in to their IDP they will not be able to log in to CtrlPrint. There is not a way to bypass SSO and log in with a regular password.
