IMPORTANT: Internet Explorer Users

UPDATE: This has now been resolved with an update to Transfer Manager (1.2.2). Please see instructions here for how to perform this update.



An update (March 13th, 2019) to Windows has caused a bug in Internet Explorer which no longer makes it compatible with Transfer Manager version 1.2.1. This makes downloads from CtrlPrint impossible when using that web browser. The error that you will receive if this is the case is seen above. ("Error downloading parameter file ()")

If you receive this error please use different web browser such as Microsoft Edge, Chrome or Firefox. (You may need the assistance of your IT department to install an alternative if you do not already have one.)

A new version of Transfer Manager (1.2.2) has now been released which fixes this issue.
