If you have forgotten your username please try the following before contacting CtrlPrint:
- Search your inbox for the original email you received when your account was created. (It will have been sent from system@ctrlprint.net)
- If you cannot find the email you should contact someone who administrates your company's CtrlPrint account. (This will be someone at the agency you work with or someone internal who handles your CtrlPrint account.) They will be able to resend your system invite which includes your username.
If you still need assistance you can send an email to CtrlPrint support (support@ctrlprint.net), from the email address registered with your account, requesting that a new invitation to be sent which will include your username.
