Add chapter comments
Chapter comments lets you inform and create tasks for other users in your project. You'll be able to add a chapter comment at the bottom of the chapter page.
- Navigate to the chapter page and click on the text box and type your comment.
- Check "Concerns the layout of the document" if relevant.
- Click "Comment". Your comment will be posted.
Once published, the comment appears in the comment feed. A chapter comment can be recognised by the speech bubble icon. As shown below, it indicates the version of the document on which the comment was made and allows you to update the status of the comment.
Filtering chapter comments
You can filter comments in four ways:
Comments: Filter between the different types of comments; chapter version comments, chapter comments, Review comments and/or ESEF comments.
Status: Filter by New, In Progress, Done or Rejected.
Kind: Filter between showing all or only layout comments.
Period: Filter by date range.

The blue number shows the number of comments with the New status. The orange number shows the number of comments with the In Progress status. Clicking on the chapter name brings you to the chapter page where you can make comments and change their status.
