Logging in as an Administrator and recovering or changing your Administrator password

Go to secure.ctrlprint.net and use these instructions to log in as a user.

1. Click the user menu in the top right hand corner.
2. Click "Enable Administrator Mode".

   

3. If this is the first time you are logging in as an admin, click "Forgot password".
   
4. Then press "Reset Password" and a new one will be sent to you by email.
5. Enter your administrator’s password and click "Log in".
   

When you are logged in as an Administrator it will be indicated on your user account icon.

Change your Administrator password

Once logged in as Administrator you are able to change your Administrator password.

1. Click the person icon in the top right hand corner.
2. Click "Change Administrator Password".
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the new password twice and then insert the temporary password you received via email.
   Click "Change Password".
