1. Click on the company name that you want to duplicate the project for.
2. Navigate to the Projects page.
3. Click the context menu on the right-hand side of the project that you want to duplicate.
4. Click "Duplicate Project".
This enables a Duplicate Project guide. Name your new project and click "Duplicate" to initiate the creation of a new project.
*Please note that if you want to duplicate the project without including the documents, please move the "Duplicate Documents" toggle to the left.
Once the project has been created you will get a confirmation that the project was duplicated and the option to click "Go to project".
What is duplicated?

- Chapter Documents*
- Users and permissions
- Project administrators
- Project user colours
- Additional Features (TrackChanges, WordExport, Review, ESEF Reporting)
- TrackChanges settings
- Integrate Data Sources
- PDF presets
What is not duplicated?
- Chapter comments
- ESEF project settings
- Inactivated chapters
Please note: When a new project is created, it works just like any other project you might create. Any changes you make to the original project it was based on after duplicating it, won't be reflected in the new project. If the additional feature “ESEF Reporting” is activated, please note that the ESEF Project Settings are not duplicated and needs to be set for the new project.
