Which Version of InCopy/InDesign do I Need?

Documents used in CtrlPrint are version specific and you are required to have the version of InCopy/InDesign that the document were created with.

How do I know which version I should be using?

You can see which version of InCopy/InDesign you need in CtrlPrint through the below different ways:

  1. Check the project page in the CtrlPrint server:
