Manually Create a Continuation

You can manually create a Continuation between two pieces of Text tagging if necessary.

  1. Click on the Preview tab in the Tagger, then locate the first instance of the tag and click on it.

  2. Then click on the Properties tab below and scroll down to the Misc. section and click on the button on the right of the Continued At option. The status of the tag needs to be either In Edit or Review Pending for the button to appear (you can change status by right clicking on the tag in the Preview or Text Tagging tab).

  3. In the window that appears, click on the first part of the tag and you will see the No Continuation box become unticked. Then click "OK".

  4. This can be done multiple times, but you must make sure to select the part that was just made into a continuation in thePreview tab to indicate that you are continuing the chain of Continuations.
